My FIL passed away yesterday from a massive heart attack.
My family and I came in from a 9 hour drive Oklahoma trip Tuesday night and as we turned into the driveway my wife and I see something white laying on the ground. (We live next to my in-laws and share a 500 foot driveway). I realize it's my FIL on the ground. I see blood on his face and instantly tell my wife to call 911. He had very labored breathing and I could not find a pulse anywhere. Something kicked in and I started CPR. Time stood still until the ambulance arrived. They took over and after 4 shocks they got a pulse.
Two hours later in cath surgery for a stint, and then two hours in ICU coding four times he was gone. No heart problems at all. He never smoked or drank. He was walking to lose weight when he had the heart attack.
Please say a prayer for my wife, her mom and the rest of our family. He loved his daughters and had lost a son 14 years ago. He was a great guy and loved and respected by many people.
I will miss you, Tim. Godspeed. Say hi to Timmy for me.
