...until bow season starts. The deer have really been coming around post greenup. Groups of bucks and does aren't shy. I'm really getting excited but staying away from my hunting grounds unless absolutely necessary. I'm growing soil improvement cover crops and they are hitting the stuff hard, as well as my corn.

I checked card yesterday on a new lease for me .. I'm ready .. Have a few different 8 couple youngins prob a 4 and maybe a 6 and spike .. 7/8 different does .. .. Some 50lb coons and crows ... No pigs which is good
I was at lease all day yesterday and already tired of te heat .. Come on thanksgiving lol cause that's when it will actually start to cool down

im in a Funk!! didn't get a tag in KS, and not sure what my play is. I used to hunt MO quite a bit years ago so I may go hit some of that (no learning curve long drive 1 long trip). or, I may go to OK and hunt public (lots and lots and lots of learning curve short drive multiple trips) and chalk it up as a learning season. I really would like to get on a good buck or two to hunt this year. I didn't kill last year. I passed one to many and the season finally slipped away from me.
