Look like baby common carp to me. I have caught a few that size and raised them in my aquarium over the years along with some different types of sunfish. Seems like if you find one there is plenty more around
If those are the same fish I see jumping in the second video, I'm going to guess that they're Asian carp. I've never seen common carp jump out of the water like that. They usually just roll along the surface. I've been wrong before though...
Actually a carp, but we always called them sucker minnows. Great catfish bait. I grew up running up and down the Sabinal and Frio rivers and we would catch them in a sein and bait our throw lines with them.
So I guess they're carp then. I was just stumped there are so **** many of them. This is just a neighborhood bayou. Plus I didn't think carp tried to swim upriver. Lol.
