Alaska Moose Hunt!!

So there are a few people on TBH that know me well and know I'm not a wealthy (Monetary) guy. So you can imagine my delight to hear that a friend of mines dad moved to Alaska two years ago got his guide license and asked us if we would like to come up and hunt! Of course i was like heck yeahhhhhh but the next question was "Whats this going to cost"....? And to my even more delight he said he would guide us for free and let us crash in his living room so all we had to do was pay for our tags and flight up!!!!! I was soooooo excited at this point i couldn't contain myself!! That means i could afford the trip of a lifetime on my small budget! IT GETS BETTER!! Soooooo my buddy i am going with his wife works at Southwest airlines and told me this weekend to stop looking for flights because she got me a buddy pass so i can fly to Seattle for FREE then all i had to pay for was a round trip ticket from Seattle!!!! I literally almost jumped out of my skin in excitement!!! I can't wait for this hunt and for all the pictures and experience that will come with it!! I also can't wait to share it with you all on TBH I know this is a trip of a lifetime and i would like to share it with as many people as possible Of course I am third in line as a shooter (Buddy then guide then me) but I could care less if even one of us gets a big bull I will be ecstatic just to be apart of the hunt and the opportunity to go with them

That is super exciting! I don't mean to rain on your parade but be sure you know how the buddy pass works. My wife is a Flight Attendant with United Airlines. We can fly for free anywhere in the world, yet we never use the benefits when we have to be somewhere at a specific time/date. At least for UA, a buddy pass means you are on standby and do not have a guaranteed seat. You will be the last to get on the plane only if there are any empty seats left. The same situation coming back home. Just plan accordingly since a buddy pass requires some extra timing issues.
