He'd be the first to star in a movie about this. He'd play the "rebel" against the government.
    Hypocrite.

But on a more serious note, looking at other countries, isn't gun control and eventual confiscation a foregone conclusion and an inevitable demise? I mean as mad as it makes me, in the back of my mind it's not longer a question of if, but when.
History tends to repeat itself. The way I see it is if it ever got to the point where they were going around confiscating guns there would be alot more to it than protecting citizens. Anyone who really thinks the government really cares about the people in this country is fooling theirself. It's not about protecting us. It's about control over us.

Besides being an irrelevant source on the subject, it's an extremely hypocritical stance to be taken by one who rakes in millions as an onscreen weapons expert.

            LOL.
I have offered my life as a sacrifice before and would do so again.
Our founding fathers gave up everything for the freedoms we have today, can we do no less?
I'm old, tired, fat and everything hurts these days so I don't mind if the new Lexington starts with me.
Internet tough guy? If that's how you see it then so be it, but years ago I raised my right hand and swore an oath to defend this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic. I have never been relieved of the duty.
Those that have taken that oath will understand, those that haven't may scorn.

Sounds like you've been sipping on grandpas cough syrup again.

I go to my family doctor when I need a medical opinion/help.

I go to my mechanic when I have automobile problems I can't fix myself.

I go to the movie to be enertained.

It would be odd, or perhaps irrelevant, for my mechanic to recommend brain surgery or my family doctor to diagnose the error code on my truck.

Political or legal opinions from actors are definitely irrelevant and I'd value my mechanic's ability to perform brain surgery over said actors opinion on legal or political issues.

No disrespect intended towards doctors or mechanics.

Typical.....he and his butt buddy Aflleck are the epitome of hypocrisy with rich spoiled brats out of touch with the everyday Joe. These clowns make me sick and I'd love to punch them both in the throat....the funny part, both travel with "armed" security....so we'll start the disarming effort with they're guards!!

As to being a tough guy, not me. However years ago. I did two tours in Viet Nam and two other countries not as well publicized. It will probably be more difficult to get the guns from my kids, rather then me because I am older and slower.

I really don't think it is so much internet tough guys as a knee jerk comment. Most really haven't completely thought it out. It would really be a hard decision for a young person with a family.

However, I'll have to go along with some of the old farts and vets. We don't have as much to lose. I'm old and I'd rather not live in an America worse than it is already. I have thought it out and I got no one that still depends on me.

If you have to think about it you have already lost. Your Liberty has to come first.

I'll be here when Damon comes for them...
