Success blocking view from road/neighbor yet still letting game through?

So, a newly purchased property of ours has a bad problem with road hunting/spotlighting. Is there a good way to block the view from the road and still let the deer pass through relatively easily?

Don't really understand the set up or location, but maybe Bamboo with gaps. The clumping kind that doesn't spread

This stuff grows 5-7' tall, should work fairly well and let the deer come and go as they please

While bamboo sounds like a good idea, I would try and stay native. once bamboo takes off, its hard to stop.

Like stated I'd plant something and setup a bunch of hidden cams to try and nail their sorry butts!

Parts of South Texas I have seen a 5' dirt berm with Cactus growing on the top of it. It is about 10' from the fence line.

I am letting the yaupon grow along the highway as a sight and sound barrier. It is already there and we didn't burn it this year.

I hate Yaupon also but we have a caliche road next to our house and the dust is bad so I let the yaupon grow up on the fence line and it does a good job keeping the dust down

It's an ever green, it grows fast, it's drought tolerant, deer eat it. That's why I planted it, in that order.
