Looking for Deer Lease in/close to Grayson County

I hunt 3.5 hours away right now. Looking to get on a lease closer to the house. I'm in Howe, so Grayson County or even Oklahoma would be great. I bow hunt only. Management minded. No kids and no guests will be hunting with me. I have references if needed. Let me know if you know a place. Thanks guys.

if you find one with deer it's gonna be expensive, also with as many people moving into the county and building new houses it's gonna make for fewer places available at any price. Multiple new places/houses being built in my area of the county on smaller parcels. Not a deer behind every tree like some think, I have 30 acres with a sizeable creek going through and lots of timber on both ends of my property and very rare to see a deer but about a mile away there are more. Now that neighbors grandkids no longer ride 4 wheelers all through their creek I expect to start seeing some moving in........

Yeah, yeah. I know it's the holy grail but gotta try. I've tried my hand at Texoma COE land with not much luck.

Lots of truth here. Land is getting even harder to find up here.

May give that a try if I don't find a lease.
