No Sir, draw tag. For antelope, you just put in for the tag, if you draw it's any legal weapon, but you have to purchase an inexpensive archery license if you want to bow hunt. I think elk is the same, but you can easily check their website. Good luck !

Why don't you check with Rocking R Ranch if you want a guided or semi ? They are either over the counter or Ranching for Wildlife and have some excellent reviews on Bowsite.com
