    Where to get Prescription costas?

I have a pair of salt break costas and read on the website that certain licensed optometrist firms can put prescription lenses in might anyone know somewhere I can do this near tomball? And do they still have the 580p coating on them after they do it? Anything on the matter would be most appreciated.

A drive from Tomball, but if you go into town Memorial Park Vision (Dana Howard.....Aggie) they have Costa, Maui, Rayban, etc for Rx frames....surely they know. I don't need glasses, but I make use of my insurance for frames.

Use the dealer locator on the Costa site. Put in zip code and then toggle to prescription.

Interesting. I keep vision insurance but don't need glasses due to lasik. So I could get a new set of costas once a year?

If you don't get Costa to make the lenses, you'll basically have Costa frames with another company's lenses. If you want 580 you need to get a Costa lensmaker to make them for you. Be aware of sticker shock when you get Costa to make them. They are incredibly proud of their service.

I ended up going with Onos prescription sunglasses because I wasn't going to pay $600-700 for a pair of sunglasses.
              love mine.

That's my eye doc. The pricing is high but the service is bang-up and within a year any setup can be replaced for free. Funny how most of our glasses have been replaced at 11 months.

Very expensive, I went with new frames and lenses, still saved 50% over what Costa wanted just for lenses.

This, even if you are looking at the full list, it's easy to tell which ones are optometrists, and it should also say CostaRX

You might check out heavyglare.com. They have been able to put my prescription in curved frames no one else could. Have not had costas myself, but they may be able to do it.
