I have a pair of salt break costas and read on the website that certain licensed optometrist firms can put prescription lenses in might anyone know somewhere I can do this near tomball? And do they still have the 580p coating on them after they do it? Anything on the matter would be most appreciated.

Interesting. I keep vision insurance but don't need glasses due to lasik. So I could get a new set of costas once a year?

If you don't get Costa to make the lenses, you'll basically have Costa frames with another company's lenses. If you want 580 you need to get a Costa lensmaker to make them for you. Be aware of sticker shock when you get Costa to make them. They are incredibly proud of their service.
I ended up going with Onos prescription sunglasses because I wasn't going to pay $600-700 for a pair of sunglasses.
love mine.

This, even if you are looking at the full list, it's easy to tell which ones are optometrists, and it should also say CostaRX
