Live Bait near Tyler

Will be in Tyler next week with grandkids and they insist on fishing. Can someone tell me where to find live bait (minnows and crickets) in Tyler or even Jacksonville?

My granny lived in Whitehouse when I was growing up. Went out to Lake Tyler west by the dam and there is a boat ramp and store that use to sell bait. That was many years ago.

I haven't seen anyone getting bait there for as long as I can remember. We get ours at Porters or Fishermans Mart.
