I got $2,500 to spend on a white tail hunt.

Which outfitter would be best to go with?

That's great man congratulations. I'd get ahold of Burkett Pro Hunts in Fredericksburg Texas, I've seen some of his bucks both low and high game being his butcher and doing some of his taxidermy, great guy that I know has many options and places for you.

I would look out of state. 2500 don't get you much in Texas. Like above mentioned, Missouri would be the best bet. You can get an 8 day hunt all inclusive for that up there. No kill fees. That and you may have a chance at true giant. Next would be Kansas but you may not draw.

If you do want to go out of state and their are left over tags I hunted with Flint Hills Adventures in Kansas a couple of years ago. Was a great trip!
