My new smoker

You may have seen my post on why are you so slow. Well I picked up my smoker today and I'm doing the first burn. Only one adjustment done and I'm running wide open.enjoy the pics and thanks to Randall36 for an awesome job!

I'm happy with this thing 245-250 and not a lot of wood burned. Randall36 is the man! Where's Smart I need some questions answered.

Wow I fell asleep and just got woke up ,pit was at 150 and I added 3 logs to get the temp up. I'm happy with this thing.
