While I won’t hesitate to eat cuts of venison/beef that rare; raw ground is another story.

I took care of the meat from pulling the trigger to the vacuum sealing and stacking in my freezer.

I hear ya' Ryan; I do the same thing.
Ours goes from field, to slab, to walk-in, to processing/packaging.
And we dont mix in any other meat or fat.
Even with that assurance, once it's ground, I don't treat it like whole cuts of meat.
That's just me though.
Now Parisa; that's another thing.
