I requested a title from TxDot but received a letter back stating my trailer doesn't meet titling requirements. It's registered in my companies name, so how do I transfer ownership to an individual?

Bill of sale. Texas form 130-U.
You don't have to fill the whole thing out. Just the data that pertains to the trailer. The tax office will no longer accept a hand written Texas Bill of Sale. The form 130-U has taken it's place. Both parties are required to sign it.Last edited by Texas Grown; 06-24-2016, 04:14 PM.
