I have Yeti stuff, heavy... Heck they work great and I had them before all the other stuff came out so I'm not sure why I am typing other than the fact that They Hold Ice A LONG TIME! Even in this hot weather. If I know I am going to need to use one for several days, I get it cold early with a bag of ice the day before, then pack it with drinks or whatever the day of... It stays cold a LONG time, days... I'm sure the others are worth their salt.

Most of the ones I have seen with feelings hurt are those tightwads that bought RTIC and now realize they overpaid versus the walmart brand.

We spent last weekend (Thurs thru Sunday) at a clay tournament in San Antonio. On the buggy all weekend.
My wife brought her 30oz yeti cup but mine didnt get loaded in the camper. I bought an rtic cup at bucees (I was expecting the yeti brand but no where to be found) and figured it would all be good.
Rtic did not hold a candle to the yeti outside in the heat. I'm not sure how to explain it but there was a difference.
I like the close able to put I really never have had an issue with the yeti version with just a hole. Drink flows from the fixed top better actually. Maybe no vent hole.
Anyway, put them out in the sun and heat. The extremes are where the yeti brand seems to show their value.
I'm not sure what to say

Just a question but who really lets a 32oz drink sit around for 24 hours that you would need a $50 cup to hold the Ice that long? I mean really???
I bought a 1.49 insulated mug from Wal-Mart once and put Ice, Tea and Lemon in it and when I finished the tea 45 minutes later I still had ice in it!!!! It was amazing!!! When I got another glass of tea some 24 hours later I did have to refill the ice so I guess I can see why people like to spend the money it would have saved me like at least 18 seconds it took to put ice in the cup. LOL carry on.

I got a rtic from an event I attended and then got a yeti for my birthday. Sorry, but the yeti is hands down better and I use them both at the farm in direct sun. That is also the first thing with Yeti on it that I have ever owned and own an RTIC 65 cooler. I was impressed and will buy my wife one next. Signed: cheap sob
