That's an older pic from the Raider collection, but the upside down cups are the cups of those who have passed away. Each cup has the name of a Doolittle Raider engraved on it twice. Once to where it can be read while it is upright and the other so it can be read when the cup is turned over.

Took my youngest daughter on a short flight in a B-25 Mitchell Bomber (Pacific Prowler) at an airshow in Tuscaloosa a few years ago. I think it was based in the DFW Metro but not certain if it still is.
