Weird evening on my patio.

Sitting on my patio around 6ish, neighbor's had a big cussing match in the back yard, it ended. Well 5 mins later I noticed someone tying a rope/noose around a tree on our fence line. I don't really talk to my neighbors, I keep to myself, but a head pops up! I had a gut feeling that my neighbor's kid was up to no good. I asked him if he was going to hang himself, (In a joking manner) he replied " what if I do?" I told him I'd cut the F'ing rope" Long story short, mom called the cops and he's at large. Drama like this makes me sick.

I have had to cut down a few folks who have helped ng themselves and there and nt much worse in my mind. I hope that if he was thinking about it.... You saying something prevented it

I know I stated a kid.. Talking with the other neighbors He's actually a man in his early twenties. It was all over how he was mowing the lawn.
