I have been thinking about a tackle box but don't like the ones attached to the belt any suggestions on a over the shoulder style? I really want to keep it high, maybe about chest height.

Foreverlast G2 wading belt with back tackle box/support, Foreverlast reef boots, bogs, stringer, floating hookless net, pliers and knife.
          Carry two rods at once.
7'6" falcon coastal with machined round Pfluger trion for croaker soaking
7' Allstar coastal with Citica for plastics
Extra set-ups in the boat are
7'6" Allstar coastal with Calcutta 100 for idk yet
7' Allstar coastal spinning rod with shimano sahara 4500 for poppin corks

I have too many set-ups but I never use one for anything besides what I set it up for.

Wade Aid wade belt, Foreverlast Chads Tackle Tote, Fish Slick stringer, Hook Spit Diablo Wader LT, Lews BB1 Inshore , an old pair of Adidas tennis shoes and a cheap pair of pliers. I don't use a net, and don't like to have a lot of stuff on me to get in the way.

Surf to bay whatever rod I grab first, fishslick stringer and some rapala pliers. Extra plastics go in my pocket. No net, no belt and no shoes. I like it simple

Thanks its taken a few years trying things that did work and some that didn't to get my gear where it is now. Do you have any suggestions for over the shoulder style tackle box?

                      Foreverlast g2 wading belt
                      Foreverlast g2 slick stringer
Whatever pliers that set came with
                      Magellan wading boots
                      Bait bucket
                      Dip Net
                      Shimano Curado 50e/Shimano Stradic 2500
7'6 M Stiffy/7'6 M Waterloo Salinity (depends on whether I feel like a casting or spinning reel)

I like those longer rods for chunking bait, but they definitely do have a disadvantage when it comes to netting fish in my opinion. Harder to get the fish close to you without putting a lot of stress on the rod tip, unless the fish is just worn out.

Anyone have preference for wading boots? Looking at either the foreverlast for $39 or the magellan for $29. Not sure if there's $10 difference in the 2 or just name brand.

this for me as well, except for the shoes part. Stitches will make you a believer in wading shoes.
