1 acre home sites DFW

Sold my home in Carrollton a few months ago and living in a town home at the moment. Looking for 1 acre home sites North Fort Worth or anywhere else folks recommend. Wife loves North Ridge Estates in Justin but its almost impossible to grab one. Also could build, seems like a good option.

I drive all over DFW all day so location is not key for myself, but my wife works off 635 and tollway.

Get ready for her to hate driving to work unless y'all already live over here. My wife's off is there also and its 1-1/2 hours in good traffic.

My folks are in Keller on an acre I think it's Oak Run or something. Off Ruffe snow and shady oak. They have one of the bigger lots. There's some stuff just outside 20/820 loop but that may not be north enough for ya

There are still a couple acre lots in Forest Hills by White Rock Lake. Builders sitting on them.

Corner lots are 1 acre with most others 1/2 acre. Great neighborhood and close to everything inside the loop.

Check DC Ranch in Celina, I live a few miles from it but I have a friend that lives there and it seems VERY family friendly and most people seem to be early 30's to late 40's. On his street alone (about 10 houses) is about 20 kids.
Probably 40 min drive for her.
