Have any of yall had any experience with these? I got one for fathers day and trying to get it set up.

Got 2 of the mini live 4G's running on my land right now.

I cant get it show the serial number?

SETTINGS menu -> GENERAL -> ABOUT THE DEVICE.
*Note that the CELLULAR option (SETTINGS –> WIRELESS) must be set to “ON” in order for the serial number to appear.

Yes sir apparently the Modem is bad so I have to send it in for a new one.

Sorry to hear that. I had to send both in for warranty service as well. Both times they had to replace them. Hit me up if you have any questions.
