Mine did the same thing. Put a shim in the middle and a ratchet strap across each side (front to back) to stress that warp out of it. Leave it in the sun that way and you'll eventually eliminate the gaps.
This is one issue that I've been less than impressed with on the yeti (That and the fact that mine was recently stolen)...
Had the same thing happen to my 120. Yeti hand a new one sent to me within a few days. No questions asked. My experience was great with them. I'd call them up and send them the pictures. They should take care of you.

Heck for what they cost I wouldn't shim sh** , they would get that cooler back !!
I have a 65 as well. Sure am glad they have great customer service, but if you think about it, a cooler with a price tag like they have should never have any service issues at all.

People every day buy $59k trucks.... They have issues when used.
Quit sitting on the lids. Thats what happens. Sitting, standing, kids, wife, gf's. All will warp the lids in this cool Texas heat. I went through 3 coolers of various makes and models before i figured it out.
I've had 2 different 55 quarts do the same thing. After the second one I was given a free 30oz tumbler and 25% off a new cooler if I ever choose to get one! Love their customer service!

They are probably getting nervous with RTIC being sold at Bucees now .
