Does anyone know what these bugs are. They are on everything green at the house. I thought they are White Fly's, but they hop, not fly. There are hundreds in each pic.

It's hard to tell fom your pic, but they look like mealybugs. Are they covered in white fuzzy stuff? If so, they suck juices from the plant like an aphid and can weaken or even kill it. You need to spray your trees with an oil-based fruit tree spray to kill them. We're battling all kinds of different bugs and diseases up here with all of the wet weather we've been having. -
