Red Dot or Scope?

I'll add.....I can cover close range with a 10mm STI with a green laser dot. So my thought was, why worry about shots inside 100 with a rifle? Cover that with El Pistola and let the big dog reach.

it all depends on preference ive had both and they have both hit what i aimed at at any yardage
