Zerorez... Anyone used them before?

I know, but serious question.

After 2 yrs. and a couple of pet stains this week, it was time to have the carpets cleaned. Have you used them, over a conventional cleaning service??

I have, have two small kids and wanted to stay as chem free as possible. Nothing bad I can say about them and my tech that showed up was a hunter!

They are here now. My tech has been fantastic. Asked a lot of questions,, and answered a lot of questions also.

So far, I am very impressed.

I've used them. did great work.

My parents use them and have a couple times a year for the last few years. They have had good luck with them. One time the tech didnt do a great job like they normally do so they called the office and the company sent out another truck and refunded them the money.

Here in the Houston area we have Dirt free carpet. I believe they are statewide and they have done an awesome job for us.

The tech showed up 15 mins. Early, asked a few questions, answered a few, explained what gonna happen. Took him a couple hours, but we had some pet stains from this week... Gone on vacation.

He was very thorough, friendly to the dogs, overall did a great job.



I will use them again.
