Need some insight into a home water softener...

We are re-plumbing the house & considering a unit to help with the hard water issues...what units should I consider??

I bought a Fleck ...about 16 years ago...no problems at all.

Mine re generates at a set water usage level. I am fixing to replace the resin beads.

Keep it simple.

I bought a Fleck as well on advice from another TBHer and it has worked fine. I put it in myself and saved a bunch. Wasn't to hard.
