First TBH crappie trade trip is in the books!!!

Offered last summer to swap some trips out for other trips after seeing some other folks doing the same and Doghouse took me up on the offer!! Met him and his son in laws at Lake Palestine Resort a little later than I had planned cause I forgot my phone halfway to the lake and turned around to go get it. There's another TBH member here who tried to meet me there before and couldn't find it and he lives in Tyler so I figured coming from 5 hours away I better have my phone just in case. Sure enough when I got home they had called to tell me they were already there and finishing up breakfast!! Dang!! Oh well. Little after 7 we headed out and we found crappie willing to bite at every stop! Even managed to get them all on some dock fish. None of them had done that before! Anyhow, a couple docks and 6-8 brush piles later keeper 75 met the cooler and we retired from the heat to clean fish and have burgers!!! Everybody caught some good crappie so that was a bonus! Had a few that were either side of a pound and three quarters and some pound and a half fish!! Had fun Mark!! Thank yall for coming!!

Had a couple as soon as I got the boat backed into the shop!! I back the boat in, plug in the charger, turn on the shop fan, grab a cold one, and sit in my chair with my feet propped up on the trailer!!! My wife says that's my hiding spot!!![emoji2]

I'm still up for swapping trips and what not. Would be fun to do some saltwater fishing or hunting of any kind. After seeing how good that Yeti 75 stuck to the bow of the boat a nice cooler would work too. An older beat up 65 would work perfect. I can add days to equal whatever you got to trade and have lodging near us or at Fork and can throw in a fish fry as well.

If anybody is interested let me know what you got to trade!!
