That's the key ... keep your mind set and you CAN do it.

I just past my 3 year mark!

I've been there....don't tease yourself, it's not a "habit", rather an "addiction". You've got to more than just "want" to give it up.

Do yourself a lifelong favor..find the will, don't be weak.

Try a product called Bacc-Off it worked for me and I was at a can every 2 days.

Once my dentist rubbed his finger around on my lower lip/gum and said...."you ALWAYS put your dip in that spot, right?"

Stopped that day and have never looked back.

You are young enough to quit without any real problems now. If you wait till your 36 like some of us its alot harder . Dont ever think that after a few months "heck 1 dip cant hurt" cause it does . Ive quit 2 times now and had that mind set and I'm back to a roll a week again. I can take pics of my gums if you want that should scare most anyone from dipping, you think it would scare me too but I guess I must have some Arkasas blood in me somewhere . Stick with it, I'm sure you can do it. Just think of all the money you will save for hunting, chicks and whatever else you young'uns do now days. If you need a life line PM me I will get you my number when you start getting cravings to talk to.

Quit once for a year, wife got pregnant and that was the end of that. Good Luck don't ever think one dip won't hurt, I am 31 and it gets harder to quit each day!!!
