You should see the fuse panels (i.e. breaker box). There are handwritten dates of inspection going back to the 50s. Big old fuses instead of breakers. Looks like something out of a Frankenstein movie.

I bought it on their public auction site for $27, coulda had it for 12 till some goof ball started bidding against me.
