Did I mess up building my blind windows?

Thanks for responding to my PM. Figured out the problem when I saw your reply, and wanted to put it out publicly for all to see, so they didn't think you were at fault here for not responding.

I put the wrong email address in the online form. I mixed my home email address header with my work email address header (combined two different email addresses to make one that didn't go anywhere). So - totally my fault.

Thanks for the help. Will be calling you this evening to give my credit card info.
