What really gets me are the folks that drive around town with a thousand bugs spattered all over their windshield.

I'd like to think if it had been a different time/place (traffic situation) I would have.

As for the windshield, it's about to get replaced so I don't want to spend the money on a car wash. Does that make me cheap?

With the number of pics and time it took from the time it dropped,why not walk up or jog and knock on window and ask them to lift that trash they threw or place it on the hood ? ��

It would have been great to jump out and grab the trash and put it under the windshield wiper of the offender’s vehicle; then jump back in your car before the light turned green.

TX Dot has an app to report people. I think they send them a letter about littering and a litter bag.
