Then to make matters worse I see this one at memorial and 45. Not sure which is worse!

I was at Home Depot a while back lady was changing a babies diaper on the tailgate of a truck then tossed the dirty one on the ground she left and walked to the store I picked it up and put it back in her truck. She left the window down.

I don't care if people want to live like pigs in their own houses, but I wish they would stop throwing trash out on the highways. Texas is one of the worst states for litter that I've ever been in.

I agree. Live on a corner and pick up trash every day. What the heck - they come here for a better life and throw their trash out the window of their car.
