I think I'm going to buy another 2-4 because PB sales are hard to come by and the last chopped brisket I made was a nice change from the the pulled pork....I need to start switching it out so my family and friends don't get bored.

HEB in SA at 1604 and Bandera has them for $1.97 a lb
