What is this thing?

Helping clean out an old farm house and I found this stuff. I am not sure what it is, have an idea but not sure. The pot has a spout on the bottom side and then there are the funnel looking things. Can get better pics next weekend.

What is this thing?

Mainly ton of attic dirt on it. I'll get it cleaned up this weekend and get the other part out too.

But wouldn't be surprised if not much value. Just neat stuff.
