First time we fished off shore the deck hand was putting some kind of minnows on everyone's hooks until he got to me. Put one of those ribbon fish on my hook, asked him why I got the ugly bait
He asked if I wanted to catch a king so I kept quiet and fished with the ugly bait and didn't ask any more questions
