When we left yesterday afternoon there was another rattlesnake crossing the road a couple miles down the road.

We were talking about the place next to you.We had been watching this place in SS for awhile, but figured it wouldn't work out ,because of what we had budgeted. Enjoy setting it all up

We have been up to the ranch a couple more times since this post. Unfortunitly ,I left the camera cards there. In one week we had pics of deer & pigs hitting the feeders. Bucks were getting some growth above the brows & a couple were looking like older deer. This last trip we got all our feeders out & 1 blind. We have a ranch king 4X6 being delivered in a week. Place is nice & green ,but with no rain for about 2 weeks ,it is finally drying out some. Hopefully ,get some blind time for pigs this weekend. Will post up some camera pics after I get the cards this weekend.
Couldn't pass up the deal on this Bitter Creek blind. Blends right in! LOL!!
My son pulled this out after the last of the work . Told him he must have been in the sun too long. LOL!!
Couple more random pics of the place.

We have been busy at the property. 2 months work & a little play ,but the place is shaping up nicely. We have got a new fence & gate, a couple of carports put up, All feeders & stands up, put pens around 1 feeder at each blind to give the deer some peace. We are leaving 1 unfenced so we can continue to enjoy the pig hunting. Talked to my dozer guy yesterday to get some road work done & bury all the junk past hunters left on the place. Torn down a bunch of fence that the hunters had around their camps to keep cattle out & several other clean up projects that were left when the hunters left or lost their lease. Been getting in some pig hunting around work & seeing some nice deer on the cams. The wife is shopping cabins now,so we can get out of the travel trailer. Lots of hard sweaty work ,but it is very gratifying seeing the place come together. Here are a few more pics.
Pic of big carport. You can see the pile of junk waiting on burial in the background.
Small carport for hanging out.
Pics of pens, stands etc.
