I just got this bad boy in! I'm ready to take it to the range and start sighting it in. It was cranked up to 80lbsit it was just a little to much! anyone have any workouts to help me increase my draw weight? Thanks!

Bent over dumbbell row, lat pull, tricep rope pull downs, skull crushers, side and forward dumbbell flies and shooting your bow of course. Even if not aiming at anything just pull it back and shoot at a target a couple yards in front of you. Do as heavy of weights as you can with 20 reps at 4 sets. This works for me and makes pulling my 70lbs back easy. Hope this helps some.
