It's a leech.

leeches don't have antennae that I know of, it looks like a slug.
never heard of one biting on someone though.

This was just attached to my wife's ankle biting her. I thought it was a tick at first but it's not. Looks kind of like a small leech but I don't think so. The small black things have been disappearing in and out of the body. We just went shopping at HEB so that's a wired place to have something like this get attached to you..
