Sending my parents there for my dad's birthday. Where are some good places to stay. Not your ordinary Best Western type places. They are going to a concert at Gruene Hall and will be there 2 nights.

Nice quiet place we stayed at back in February. Even caught some fish on the river below. Probably 20 minutes to Gruene

Stayed here before and really liked it. Balcony view of the river, and walking distance to Gruene Hall. Definitely not your normal West Bestern.
