I quit cold turkey as well a little over 6 years ago. I am constantly around guys dipping at work and it doesn't bother me in the least now.

I am also about 2 months alcohol free and feeling great.

Man, I googled cancer from snuff and got all kinds of crazy pics. I tried snuff for like one time. Got sick and said to heck with it. Glad I never picked it up.

I quit 2/1/15. Stick with it...there will be a rough patch here and there, but the positives of quitting far outweigh the negatives!!

I am a 18 months snuff free after 18 years.....I still miss it but then I make myself think about mouth cancer and the urge subsides.

Congrats, I Quit drinking April 2015 and cope is all I've got left.... lol Eventually I will probably decide to quit as well. We shall see. Good for you sir.

yep working on 3 months cold turkey, been doing it for 10 years.

seeds, gum, and support/love of wife and family is getting me through it.
