I have the exact same thing, bought it about 15 years or so ago from Jarrel Storm Shelters. It was $3200 installed at that time. Only used it twice, both times in just the last year. Weekend before last we had a storm hit blowing 75mph confirmed. Glad we had it, pretty sure a nader went over without actually touching down. We had no warning before it hit. We were all gathered up looking out the living room window and something told me to open the door and look. I could hear the "train sound" and it kept getting louder as it came towards us. Told the family we gotta go now, they thought I was crazy but I'm glad we got in it. Lots of damage around us when we came out!
