Gexa Energy Pavilion???

My wife and I are supposed to go see Bad Company tonight at the Gexa Energy Pavilion in Dallas.

Does anyone know if they'll still perform in the rain?
I've never been there, so I don't know if the stage is covered of if they even care or not.
I've tried calling several times and it rings to a general mailbox that doesn't allow you to leave a message...
