I worked for Shimano for 10+ years doing reel repair in Irvine, CA. You can get those reels back to butter in no time! Do you sell Shimano Parts and Shimano Grease? Shimano is still my favorite fishing reel! Oh and repairs on spinning reels? One word SHIM(ano) the back end of the pinion gears! Better off selling them a new spinning reel. But baitcasters will last a life time if you can get parts from their back order!! Good luck with yall's repair/sales and congrats on being a dealer pretty awesome!

Oh yes we're a full line dealer so we can get small parts for repairs, grease, and reels. Thanks for the cudos!

I have 2 Shimano Sedonas that are broke. Would you happen to repair Lew's reels two? I have 3 of those that are broke. If so i'll send them all to you.

I'm set up as a Shimano dealer only so I can only get parts for Shimano. As far as the Sedonas go, depending on what is wrong with them, it may be better to buy new ones. I have the Sedona 2500's for $69.99. I can ship them to you as well. However, if you do wish to have those repaired, you can ship them to me and we can take a look at them for you.

Yes the Symetry is a good reel. They aren't the most expensive spinning reel out there, but they will do in a pinch for sure. Shimano still makes some of the best quality reels out there.

I've given up on Shimano. As much stink as they make about their bearings, they are the worst in the industry in salt. I'm really liking the 13 reels. Do y'all sell them too?

I would have to disagree. I wade a lot and my reels get dunked a lot. I don't take care of them as I should, just stand them up in the shower for 10 mins and they last for years I won't buy anything else.

Question..... what's the difference between the new ones built in Malaysia vs the old ones built in japan? Had a guy at academy tell me that the new ones aren't near what they used to be. I own 3 currados 5.7, 6.3, and 7.1 and haven't ever had an issue.
