What is your go to Coyote hunting light?

Well celebrated another Bday yesterday and got some Cabelas gifts cards. I need to get a reliable Coyote hunting light. What do you guys use and what do you like about it?

I use a Wicked Light when I go varmint and hog huntin in Texas. I really don't know what reason to give for liking it. It's bright and reliable I guess is my reason.

Light Force with adjustable Rheostat and green lense.

You can get one with cig plug, alligator clips, or backpack style with small battery.

Very light in the hand, adjustable brightness and good customer service.

Cabela's doesn't carry them though last I looked.

Plain ole spot light with the lens sprayed in red dyechem. The dye allows you to add more for darker or take it completely off.

If you plan on doing any night coyote hunting by yourself you really need two lights, one for scanning and one mounted to your gun for shooting. It's a real pain to only have a gun mounted light because you have to wave your gun around when scanning and this gets real tiresome and is also not the safest way to hunt. If you only have a hand held light, when it comes time for the shot you have to hold the light and your gun at the same time and this can be a pain especially if you scan light has a cord going to a battery pack. I personally hate any light that has a external battery pack as it is a pain and with today's LED technology it is not needed so why deal with it if you don't have to. I just did a quick search on Cabela's and there is only one light(Fox pro) they have I would use but it's only a scanning light and our 50LRX light will shine as far and our 66LRX light will shine much further in any color. We have our Predator X hunters package that cost less then the Fox Pro and comes with one 50LRX light for scanning and one 66LRX light to mount to your gun with mount batteries and charger included so your ready to go hunting and this package cost less then the Fox Pro. This package also includes a dimmer tail cap so you set the brightness from very low all the way to full power by simply turning the dial. There is not a further shining light in red or green then our 66LRX light. Both our 50LrX and 66LRX use the same interchangeable LED modules so they can be used in both lights and you get 5 LED modules(red, green, white,IR) with this package in your choice of color. The color of the LED module determines the color your light will emit. You can identify animals out to 450 yards with our Red 66LRX light and light up eyes much further since the light will actually shine over 640 yards. The white LED modules in our 66LRX will shine over 1000 yards, Green over 740 yards and IR over 1800 yards. We also give a 10% discount to TBH members so your price on this package after the discount would be about $288.00 and you get two complete lights and the Fox Pro will cost your about $350 and you only get a scanning light. Our lights have a 5 year warranty and I guarantee you will not find better customer service then we give. If you buy one of our lights from us you will not need to fill out a warranty card or keep your receipt for warranty work if it's ever needed as we keep all orders on file because we know it's a pain to keep receipts on everything you buy or filling out warranty cards. We have the fastest turn around time on repairs at only 1 day so you get your light back quick. Were able to do this because we have so few repairs. Here is a pic from 3 of our customers in case your wondering if they really work, all three guns have our 66LR light mounted to them using our mount.

Another vote for Wicked. Green/Red/Clear - buy an extra LED or two in whatever colors you like. Well built. Dependable.

We've switched over to Wicked with rheostat. Really like the convenience of no cord...as with my Lightforce

Our 66LRX is every bit as good as quality as the Wicked light but has a longer warranty and shines much further in every color and we have infrared available. We also have a rheostat/dimmer for ours. There is only one way to compare lights on how far they will shine and that is by measuring the Candela the lights put out. The higher the Candela the further the light will shine. Wicked lights Candela in Red is around 50,000, our 66LRX in red Candela is around 86,000. The wicked light and our 66LRX light are about the exact same size and weight although ours is a little shorter and lighter. They both function the same but we came out with this design over a year before they did. I wonder were they got their idea's from. LOL

Sniper hog lights. This is the 66LR mounted to my savage 22-250 with their windage and elevation scope mount. Works great!
