It a horrible thing for him to die....but i see 2 things wrong 1)its says he went back to his truck to retrieve his weapon and then go confront the guy who was leaving anyway.
2) as a CHL holder he let the attacker whom he knew has a gun get close enough to him to knock his gun away ( read that on another site )

A firearm in a vehicle has no requirement of a CHL/LTC. How is this a CHL fail when the dead guy had to go back to his vehicle to get a gun?
Edit: One of the stories I read that the dead guy was a cl holder.....but I don't see it in the story I posted. Either way.....protect yourself and family, get out of harms way. Call 911Last edited by Traildust; 05-03-2016, 11:42 AM.
