Lost power in Pflugerville this morning at about 2:00 am. Intense lightning also.

Got 0.55" in this one storm.

We got hammered east of Willis. If we didn't have a tornado I'd be shocked. About 4:45 we heard the telltale freight train sound, but too dark and too many trees to confirm.

This weekend is setting up to be another frog floater. I am not sure our area lakes, rivers, and bayous are ready for 3-5 inch event on Saturday. Thats what some models and a private wx forecaster I follow are calling for. Everyone needs to stay alert along the gulf coast.

Yep, doesn't look too good at all. I will start another thread on this shortly.

Yes sir, a couple miles north of a good friend of mine. I love my weather but sure the heck am glad I don't live in a place that produces big twisters.

I was awaken to the sound of the tornado warning on our phone. Didn't hear squat outside. Looked at the radar app and wouldn't you know it, we were right dab in the center of that warning track.

Went up stairs to grab the kiddos just in case. Blew through pretty quick. We were fortunate to have not lost power.
