Yes, they are both very liberal, but my son and his wife are conservative.

Sadly, that is the way of the world. Some think I am cold hearted but honestly, in most of the USA people that are chronically poor it is because they are lazy. If you are poor because you are lazy I have no sympathy. I will reserve my sympathy for those that have been dealt a bad hand and are fighting to deal with it.

Yeah, I agree, but I was selling my car for that price to the first person to pay me for it. I didn't find out about the rest of it until they paid me.

Dusty, my remarks were general in nature, if they were aimed at all is what with regards to GarGuy's cousin.

I still stand by the assertion that growth is a painful experience and it's easier and to a certain extent more natural to avoid pain. It's an explanation why people stay fat and unhealthy, let their marriages fall apart and stay broke or in debt.
