    Leftovers or a sandwich?

My little brother kills me...I'm a leftover guy. He'd rather eat a nasty ham sandwich over good leftovers for lunch. He's the same as my father. Growing up and even today in our own homes we could have leftover chili, bbq ,fried chicken etc but he wouldn't eat it! He'd make a sandwich instead. What say you GS, which do you prefer?

I prefer not to eat the same meal two days in a row. There are a couple things I will eat the next day. I usually go out to eat Monday for lunch at work, and have Sunday's leftovers on Tuesday, Monday's leftovers Wednesday and so on. We never eat leftovers for supper. Weird, I know, but it makes me happy. Lol

I lean this way as well. I really enjoy leftovers, but it has to be a day or two removed from when it was cooked. I will devour a sandwich any time also!

I am all about eating left overs. Most of my meals during the week are leftovers. I hate to cook so when I do cook I make one massive meal that will last 3-5 days depending on what I make.

Grew up eating left overs as well since my mom used the same tactic essentially. She would only cook 3-4 times a week, and in-between you ate left overs or went hungry.

I don't do left overs at work a lot, eat out about half the time but love me some left overs.

I actually plan most of my meals for two nights. I cooked on the pit last night and that will make BBQ sandwiches for Tuesday. I made Chilli and tamales tonight which will go again on Wednesday...and if there's any left it will go to work on Thursday...pray for my co-workers...

Leftovers of course. All the flavors have had time to marry. Often much better the second day.
