Need Cabin Build in Llano help ASAP

Hello All,

I know I've been blowing the green screen up but you guys have been a tremendous help. Long story short, my parents place sold quickly and they are moving to Llano. Have the land and now looking for something to put on it. If you guys have any information on builders or quality manufactured homes/cabins I would greatly appreciate it. Looking at a 2 bed 2 bath around 1,000 - 1,200 SF. Prefer a built in place cabin.

They are living in a small camper right now so need to get this rolling ASAP.

in Bulverde Area great quality cabins and they have pre built or can whip up a custom off the template or if you anything in mind. They are very fast and if it's being delivered to llano or built there, the transport is very low with them so it won't kill the pocket book with transport. Also they can bring one out or build one in no time they have a great crew. I have had two built by them. BY far the best in this area.

a small cabin is probably not something that he has time for.

Look up Garrett Bounds out of Mason. They build custom homes. They stay busy and there may be a wait, not sure how long.

We had JJ McAfee build one for my grandmother. We love it! He has a big wait though. We waited 8 months for him to get to us. The price was right and the cabin is awesome.

Yep - I talked to him this morning and he said he had a 10-12 month wait. That cabin is exactly what we are looking for.

Looks like a pic has already been posted above but there's a guy that has some sweet cabins right there in Llano. Can't remember the name of the company, but it's directly across the street from Coopers.

Yes sir, I did talk to him this AM. I think a group of us need to start building cabins in the hill country ! Thanks for the bump, Green Screen doing work again.
