Just finished a brisket and put two racks of ribs on an hour ago.

Was thinking about country ribs but this **** floating rain killed that. Looks like crockpot country ribs today here..

Firing up the old Traeger, and setting it at 200 degrees with Hickory here in a moment.

Rubbed them last night....letting them warm up before the smoke.

Yesterday.....Smoked Andoiulle sausage and shrimp gumbo.
