Gonna try this again.. got a little cover around the smoker.. hopefully get a better handle on the temps the whole way through today...
Going with sotx final table recipe again..
But I might revert back to my tried and true foil method...

Was thinking about country ribs but this **** floating rain killed that. Looks like crockpot country ribs today here..

Firing up the old Traeger, and setting it at 200 degrees with Hickory here in a moment.
Rubbed them last night....letting them warm up before the smoke.
