I was only going to have them there for a short time. I had some major reorganizing to do of the garage. I am in the process of building extra storage in the garage and needed a place for some of my items in the meantime. It was not permanent. They just hit my unit at the perfect time.

Isn't there a gate code to get in?

I literally just got off the phone with the place. Each person gets and individual gate code. However the system has been working properly so they aren't able to track who comes in and out using the gate codes. This storage facility just changed ownership and the manager is telling me they inherited some major issues. Looks to me like security was one of them.

What gate code is she using? Pull a history on its use to pattern her access, then hunt the *****.

And I bet that is a breach of the contract you signed. I would look at what they had obligated to do re security in your contract and seek some remedy.
